• All in stock items are usually despatched within 48 hours via DHL next day delivery
• Delivery anywhere within the UK is charged at £7.95
• European deliveries are charged at £12
• Other International deliveries are charged at £30
• Non UK customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes and duties

We hope that you love your Sisterhood purchase, but if you would like to return your dress for an EXCHANGE or FULL REFUND, please contact us at hello@sisterhoodbridesmaids.co.uk to request an exchange or returns authorisation.

Postage on first exchanges are free. Subsequent exchanges will incur a postage charge of £5.95 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels intact and attached. All returns must be received by us within 21 days of delivery.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

• Delivery of Made To Order items is up to 12 weeks from the date of ordering.
• Made to order items will ship as a complete order unless agreed otherwise.
